Useful Keyboard Shortcuts
- tab - logical tab order for navigating without a mouse. Use the tab key on your keyboard to move to the next link or field. Use shift-tab to move backwards, and the enter key to follow links and submit forms.
- backspace - moves you back through the pages you have already visited.
- alt and left arrow/cursor - moves you back through the pages you have already visited.
- alt and right arrow/cursor - moves you forward through pages you have already visited.
- ctrl and home - takes you to the beginning of the page.
- ctrl and end - takes you to the end of the page.
- spacebar - moves the page down.
- page up and page down - moves the page up and down.

Using Access keys in different browsers
- Avant: Hold down the ALT key and select the number of the access key, then press ENTER.
- Google Chrome: Hold down the ALT key and select the number of the access key.
- Internet Explorer 4: Hold down the ALT key and select the number of the access key.
- Internet Explorer 5+: Hold down the ALT key and select the number of the access key, then press ENTER.
- Internet Explorer 5+ for Mac: Hold down the CTRL key and select the number of the access key.
- Netscape 6+: Hold down the ALT key and select the number of the access key..
- Mozilla Firefox: Hold down the ALT and Shift keys then select the number of the access key.
- Opera 9: Hold down the SHIFT and ESC keys, the list of access keys appears then select the number of the required access key.

Variable text size
To change the font size:
- Avant: Click on 'View' in the top menu bar. Hold your mouse over the 'Text Size' option. Then select the font size you require.
- Internet Explorer 5+: Click on 'View' in the top menu bar. Hold your mouse over the 'Text Size' option. Then select the font size you require.
- Internet Explorer 4: Click on 'View' in the top menu bar. Hold your mouse over the 'Text Size' option. Then select the font size you require.
- Internet Explorer 5+ for Mac: Click on 'View' in the top menu bar. Hold your mouse over the 'Text Size' option. Then select the font size you require.
- Netscape 6+: Click on 'View' in the top menu bar. Hold your mouse over the 'Text Size' option. Then select 'Larger' or the font size you require.
- Mozilla: Click on 'View' in the top menu bar. Hold your mouse over the 'Text Size' option. Then click on required size.
